GREAT PRICING FOR OUR GITE IN THE DORDOGNE

We have priced our Gite both competitively and flexibly to encourage guests to come all the year round.

We operate a three season tier structure and also, to encourage smaller parties and off season rentals, we give substantial discounts for 4 people or less. The off season periods, we find, are more enjoyable than the summer peak and offer a chance to enjoy many different aspects of French life (hunting, fishing, the vineyards - eg the vendange) as well as being far less crowded when visiting sites of cultural interest eg the prehistoric sites and museums.
So for adults without children and their school time constraints who would like to enjoy an off-season break we hope our prices will prove attractive.

Thus:

LOW SEASON: 1 week 5-8 guests £400 1-4 guests £315.
MID SEASON: 1 week 5-8 guests £630 1-4 guests £490
HIGH SEASON: 1 week 5-8 guests £1,100 1-4 guests £830

be increasing our sterling prices for the 2009 season by approximately 15%. However, for forward bookings taken before the end of 2008 we will
hold the 2008 prices

In the event that the rental period straddles two price tiers we will calculate the price on a daily pro-rata basis.

PLEASE NOTE: We charge the mid season rate for the weeks on either side of Easter Sunday whenever that falls.

In the event that you book at the discounted rate and receive staying guests during your stay such that the number of occupants exceeds 4 we would reserve the right to charge the higher rate for the number of days of extra occupation.

THE PRICE INCLUDES:

One complete set of linen per bed and set of towels per person.
An allocation of electricity.

PAYMENT TERMS:

1. A non-refundable 30% deposit is required before a booking can be confirmed. We suggest that you take out a travel insurance policy with a cancellation clause such as Chez Nous/Europe assistance which may enable you to recover non-refundable monies.

2. The balance of monies are to be paid 8 weeks before the rental commences and will be refundable if you cancel and we can re-let the property for the same period (subject to our terms and conditions).

3. A refundable damage deposit of £250 will be required at the time of payment of the balance.
